  • How do I setup ODBC - DSN entry for my database?:

    We would need to setup the ODBC connection for you. When contacting us to setup the ODBC connection the following information is required -

    Domain Name:
    DSN Name:
    Location of Database:

    It is safe to keep your databases in the ODBC directory. This is not directly accessible via the web.

  • Why can I not update my database via FTP?:

    Once an ODBC connection is made and used, a lock is placed on the database. We can prevent this lock from occuring. Please contact us to setup your ODBC connection so that you can update using FTP.

    DSN Name

    and we will change the settings for you.
